Indianapolis, IN – January 7, 2021 – CBRE has arranged the sale of The Domain at Bennett Farms, a 219-unit, multifamily property in the high-growth Indianapolis suburb of Zionsville. REI Real Estate Services sold the asset to The Connor Group for a sales price of $40,500,000, in a transaction that closed on December 17, 2020.
CBRE’s Indianapolis and Louisville multifamily team of Steve LaMotte Jr., Dane Wilson, and Alex Possick represented the seller in the transaction.
