Patrick has extensive experience in both the hospitality and digital start up industries where he has led innovative customer experience programs; he’ll bring that knowledge to Host. His role is to define the Experience ”product”, further envision what a Host-activated office feels like, how we access talent, and how we train our teams to achieve exceptional service outcomes. Patrick joined from the Sydell Group, operator of several high-end boutique hotels including the Nomad in New York and The Ned in London. Patrick is a dog dad to Charlie and Arthur and loves spending time in Belgrade Lakes, Maine.
