How it all comes together
It is my first time visiting this workplace.

As I scan my QR code received through my phone to access the building, a friendly Host introduces themselves.
The personalized greetings by the friendly Host made me feel welcome. The experience app made me feel like I belong, despite being in a new environment.

I look for a space in the lobby, but it’s too loud. One of the Hosts asks if they can help. They suggest that I work from the co-working space located on the second floor. Through my phone, the booking is paid for and completed and I receive my QR code with the indications to reach my meeting room.
Host really had a big impact on how my day unfolded today. They turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience.
