Alex’s focus is on rapidly scaling Host to meet global client demand. Prior to Host, he served in leadership roles on CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Sales and Solutions team, where he’s been the architect of many of CBRE’s largest and most transformative client partnerships. He’s a global nomad and has lived in at least 15 different cities. He’s a proud dad and husband, and spends much of his free time running, cycling and skiing…as fast as he can go.

Brennan is passionate about how technology can enhance and inform workplace experience. Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, he was the COO of an event technology start-up where he built brand activations to measure attendee engagement at events like the iHeart Radio Music Festival and the 2016 Rio Olympics. Originally a civil engineer with nine years in construction management, Brennan gladly returned to real estate to help build a brand and team in the emerging proptech space. He's an earlier riser, fueled by coffee and endurance sports, and unwinds at night with a nice pivot table.

Joe is passionate about people, art, architecture and operations and is focused on delivering consistent, efficient and quality Host client solutions and experiences globally. An occupational therapist by trade, Joe hails from a variety of senior operational and leadership roles in ASX-listed entities, private enterprises, and global start-ups/scale-ups. Most recently, Joe has worked across a variety of sectors, including; hospitality (Voyages Hotels & Resorts), REIT (Dexus and The GPT Group), and PropTech (COO and Regional Head APAC, Equiem).

Patrick has extensive experience in both the hospitality and digital start up industries where he has led innovative customer experience programs; he’ll bring that knowledge to Host. His role is to define the Experience ”product”, further envision what a Host-activated office feels like, how we access talent, and how we train our teams to achieve exceptional service outcomes. Patrick joined from the Sydell Group, operator of several high-end boutique hotels including the Nomad in New York and The Ned in London. Patrick a dog dad to Charlie and Arthur with loves spending time in Belgrade Lakes, Maine.

Ashley Lippitt is part of CBRE’s Host team, where she is Head of Host Labs, the cross-functional innovation hub for CBRE’s experience services product, Host. In this role, Ashley tests and refines current state and cultivates wonderful ideas to drive holistic and future looking strategies that enable CBRE to create amazing workplace experiences. Before Host, Ashley was a Director in CBRE’s Workplace practice with a specialized expertise in experience strategy consulting. Prior to joining CBRE, she led organizational transformation, policy and program development, and research efforts across the educational landscape from pre-K through post-secondary. Ashley, her husband, and their two young children live in Seattle. That said, Ashley is an avid and lifelong fan of her hometown Philadelphia sports teams (and she is unlikely to let you forget it).

Kranthi is focused on building out a world-class technology organization and providing oversight across Host’s product and innovation functions. An accomplished engineer with 20+ years of experience across multiple industries, Kranthi joined the Host team from Capital One where he was a key player in the company’s digital transformation journey and a champion of open source adoption, innersourcing and cloud integration. In his spare time, he loves to explore new technologies, spend time with his wife and twin daughters, and immerse himself in sports of all kinds.

Pratik is a passionate, metrics-driven and entrepreneurial leader working to create superlative experiences for building occupants by constantly pushing the frontiers of artificial intelligence, machine learning, conversational bots/interfaces, big data analytics, and deep personalization. Prior to joining CBRE, Pratik led efforts for the AI platform and marketplace at Veritone and orchestrated several “data to insights” cognitive computing workflows. Additionally, Pratik has envisioned and executed on several innovative products, resulting in over $100 million in revenue at Comcast, Polaris Wireless, Tata Consultancy Services, FLO TV, and Qualcomm. Pratik has six granted USPTO patents and loves to read, understand human motivations, and enjoy time with family (when he isn’t chasing a crazy idea).

Christy leads talent, training and transition for Host People Services. Prior to joining Host, Christy served as a service line leader, consultant and founding Alliance Director for one of CBRE’s most dynamic accounts. Christy’s mission is to customize, operationalize and launch Host service offerings to create authentic and fulfilling outcomes for clients and Host team members. She lives in Seattle with an awesome husband, 2 daughters, 2 chickens and a bunny. She spends her spare time travelling internationally, exploring national parks and cultivating her urban farm.

Mike leads investor business development for Host. Prior to joining the Host team, Mike spent six years working at Evertrue, Inc, a Boston-based, venture-backed software company where he was responsible for go-to-market strategies and creating and managing the company’s partnership program. When he’s not geeking out over the latest technology, he’s usually rooting for New York sports teams or traveling to visit friends and family with his wife and their beloved black lab, Hugo.

Amy leads occupier business development for Host. Prior to joining CBRE, Amy launched B2C custom market research solutions at Hanover Research; drove revenue at SpotMe, the global event app platform and partner for Fortune 500 high-stakes meetings; launched the Waterview Conference Center at CEB (now Gartner); and opened the Westin Arlington Gateway with Starwood Hotels. She’s a Xennial, Cornell Hotelie, CMP, Past President of Meeting Professionals International, event + tech geek, mom to Liam and Finn, and Irish by marriage. You can regularly find her at Captial’s hockey games, Orangetheory Fitness, or farmers’ markets.

Richard has spent the last five years developing CBRE global advisory and consulting practices, with a specific focus on embedding customer and employee experience strategy, agile workplace, and change management into the advisory process. He is now combining these insights with his leadership of Host. He is passionate to act on the moments that matter and make a difference to how people work, rest and play. Richard is a husband and father of two active teenagers. The family share a love of live music events and have been going to summer music festivals together for over 12 years.

Stella is fully engaged in bringing Host to investors and occupiers in EMEA through “whatever it takes” missions to bring innovation and change in the workplace. Prior to CBRE, she founded two proptech start-ups, launched streaming media and web hosting services in Europe and started her career in finance in London. She is a foodie who likes to travel the world, particularly Asia. She is a wife and mom to a second grader who has an insatiable curiosity.

Shobhit is an established leader in workplace strategy, experience design, change management and technology transformation, with a specific focus on the diverse Asia Pacific market. Not one to be tied to a single sector, Shobhit’s expertise extends from banking to healthcare, IT to FMCG, and natural resources to education. A career learner, he has also held an array of positions at Deloitte Consulting and AECOM.  Shobhit loves spending his free time playing jigsaw puzzles with his four-year-old daughter and indulging in the odd game of cricket.
